Hello there! We are Ana and Edgar, architects of Himera Estudio, an architecture and interior design practice based in Spain, specializing in refined and timeless residential projects. You might even recognize us from Instagram.
Why “Apartment Talks”?
After years of sharing insights and stories online about all things architecture and interior design (since 2016!), we've decided it's time to create a more intimate, more personal space—a place where we can share from a different perspective.
And that's where the word Apartment comes in. An apartment embodies intimacy, and it's also the type of project we enjoy designing the most. When filled with people, it becomes the perfect gathering place, where conversations can unfold in every nook and cranny, provided the lighting, music, and food are just right.

A closer look
While we're still in our thirties, we've dedicated more than a decade to crafting a diverse array of architectural and interior design projects, with nearly five years exclusively focused on designing homes.
When you explore our portfolio, you'll find spaces characterized by an unwavering pursuit of timelessness, a sense of tranquility, and a commitment to moderation. After all, a home is often a once-in-a-lifetime project, and we believe in creating spaces that remain inviting and comforting, no matter life's changes.
Our passion centers around savoring the simple pleasure of home, enveloping ourselves in beauty, and sharing that joy with others. It's what drives us to design homes that are not just beautiful but also truly unique for our clients.
We have an incredible community on Instagram, with over 175K home enthusiasts following our journey. There, we share daily inspirations from our own work, including popular behind-the-scenes moments, as well as creations from other professionals we truly admire.
On our blog (in Spanish), we've covered a wide range of topics related to renovations and interior design from an expert perspective, offering valuable advice and recommendations.
Furthermore, we've crafted an online course on Domestika, providing a quick and concise guide to successfully managing a home renovation. We start from square one, making it accessible even for those without prior experience (and with dozens of glowing reviews and over 2,000 students!).
